The HotDog 16-bit v2.55 Web Editor, from Sausage Software, is an
HTML authoring powertool for Windows 3.x. Even though HotDog is
powerful and feature-rich, the program is very user-friendly
thanks to the built-in help files, detailed tutorials and an intuitive
interface. HotDog for Windows translates extended characters into html while you are typing, supports drag and drop of graphics, links and text into your html documents, remembers your urls so you don't have to keep retyping them, and much more. This 16-bit version requires that the Visual Basic 3.0 runtime module (vbrun300.dll) be in your C:\Windows\System directory. Place this copy there if you do not already have the module on your computer. For more information about HotDog and other Sausage Software Web authoring tools go to http://www.sausage.com.
